Skinny Ms. Cinnamon Apple Smoothie
1 apple, peeled and chopped
¾ inch slice tofu (1/4 block)
¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup raw spinach
½ tsp. cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
